Internships

CRAT accepts application for internship throughout the year. Please note that CRAT has the capacity to accommodate ONLY four internship positions at a time in its program offices located in Bamenda and Yaounde. The minimum working hours a week is 40 hours.  Applications are selected on first come first safe basis.

 

How to apply

Interns are responsible for their own accommodation and travel cost

Interns do not receive financial compensation.

Selection is made on the basis of skills, commitment and a CV.

Employment

CRAT  Cameroon is always looking for outstanding professionals who can contribute to our cause. If you are State Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Psychologist,  Psychiatric Nurse, General Medical Practitioner or with a background in Law, administration/management, Anthropology etc  and you are interested to work    for CRAT, please send your CV including three references together with a motivation letter and copy of degrees to cratcmr@yahoo.com,

 

General Requirements

  • Communication and problem solving skills, fluency in English and French.
  • Good command of English and French Language,
  • At least two years of professional experience
  • Ability to use computer programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility and ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Be a good organizer with ability to work independently,
  • Be innovative with ability to implement ideas in a practical way,
  • Ability to deal with unforeseen, often stressful and difficult situations
